codex 和 claude 的 skills 如何能让其不自动使用

我使用上了 superpower 这个后，发现速度变慢，token 消耗变多了，确实结果比以前好很多，但是现在有个问题，我有时候不需要他调用这些技能，但是他还是必须安装 superpower 去做的话就特别麻烦，这块有什么使用技巧能让我按需使用吗

把 using-superpowers 这个技能删掉。 这个技能的 description 侵略性太高了。 Use when starting any conversation - establishes how to find and use skills, requiring Skill tool invocation before ANY response including clarifying questions
